Finlix Capital is not registered with SEBI as an investment advisor, research analyst, stock broker, or portfolio manager. We operate as an EdTech and trading evaluation company.
We provide:

- Simulated trading challenges
- Performance-based evaluation
- Skill-based funding opportunities (subject to internal criteria)
We do not:
- Offer investment or financial advice or stock recommendations
- Manage or invest client trading deposits
- Accept public funds for trading
- Execute trades on your behalf
Evaluation-phase trading is simulated. Any funded desk is governed by our internal risk policies and is not a SEBI-regulated brokerage service. We do not guarantee profits, payouts, or trading success.
Regulations for proprietary trading evaluation firms are not fully spelled out under SEBI guidelines; use the platform only if you understand these disclosures.
Policies in brief
- Refunds: Challenge purchases are non-refundable.
- Payouts: Subject to performance review, KYC, and rule compliance; processing can take several business days after approval.
