We provide:
- Simulated trading challenges
- Trading education
- Performance evaluation
We are:
- Not a broker
- Not an investment advisor
- Not SEBI-registered
We do not manage user funds or provide trading advice.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old
- All information provided must be accurate
- You are responsible for your account security
3. Simulated trading
All trading during evaluation is conducted in a simulated environment using virtual capital. No real-money trading is executed on behalf of users.
4. Challenge programs
Users may purchase evaluation programs (Phase 1, Phase 2, Phase 3).
Each program includes:
- Profit targets
- Minimum trading days
- Risk management rules
Failure to follow rules may result in account failure.
5. Trading rules
Strictly prohibited:
- Martingale strategies
- Grid trading
- Arbitrage
- Copy trading
- Account sharing
Violation may result in account termination.
6. Payouts & funding
- Payouts are only applicable after successful evaluation
- Subject to internal review and KYC verification
- Profit split depends on the selected program
7. Limitation of liability
Finlix Capital is not responsible for:
- Trading losses
- Platform downtime
- Technical issues
- Emotional or financial stress
8. Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of:
- Rule violations
- Fraudulent activity
- Abuse or misconduct
